Our games are free to play for your own personal entertainment. You may not copy, resell or re-host the games or their art, music or code, or present them as your own.
The leaderboard
Don’t cheat, automate, or tamper with scores, and don’t use offensive, hateful or personal names. We may remove entries or reset the board at any time.
It’s a comedy
Big House Breakout is cartoon fiction set in made-up and historical prisons. It includes slapstick fighting and jokes about cigarettes, contraband and jailbreaks. It doesn’t endorse crime, smoking, drinking or violence. Real prison names are used for historical flavor; the characters are fictional, and no endorsement by any real place, person or organization is implied.
Our content
The games, characters, art, music, sound and code are owned by MIKROH or used with permission. Some art and music were made with the help of AI tools.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove games, features, cosmetics and progress systems at any time. Your progress is saved in your browser, so clearing your browser data or switching devices can lose it. We aren’t able to restore lost progress.
No warranty
The games are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise they’ll be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MIKROH isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the sites or games. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the free games is zero.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the sites means you accept the updated terms.
